[OS X TeX] installing package in texshop

Hi, Folks,

I have never installed a package in TeXShop other than the ones it came
with. I would like to use the Beamer package. I went to the help command in
TeXShop and queried about package installation. I didn't get any info about
how to install packages. There must be some info distributed with TeXShop.
Where should I look or could someone please tell me how to install Beamer.
