Both, if the beta is available. If there *is* a beta, you get a panel
asking you which one you want to install (stable or beta). Sometimes there
is a beta, sometimes there isn't. The ConTeX Updater i-Package is rebuilt
automatically every night (European time) when something has changed on
the Pragma web site regarding a ConTeXt release.
