Howdy,
Hmmmm... Try checking the Apple Find Panel, saving the preferences,
quitting, restarting and rechecking the Ogrekit Find Panel.
At worst, remove the TeXShop.plist file, restart TeXShop and
reconfigure everything. Not my favorite thing but it tends to clean
up all sorts of plist problems.
