[OS X TeX] babel/user.dvi -> PDF

Hello!

When I ask TeXShop 2.10beta2 to display it I get a faulty PDF file:
in the header of section 2, "Changes in LaTeX2ε," the ε is
substituted by a lowered `"´. This seems to be true for all
occurrences of "LaTeX2ε."

On page 6, last paragraph, the Greek text is not printed and the line
enters the right margin. Again in section 22 on page 17 and section
22.1 on page 18.

The angle brackets 〈〉 are not printed.

I used "Ghostscript" as distiller. When it's run by TeXShop I receive:

### /usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current/dvips -R -
Poutline  -o /tmp/altpdflatex.11644-1160779481/user.ps /usr/local/
teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/doc/generic/babel/user.dvi

When I used dvipdfmx-20050823 (an extended version of
dvipdfm-0.13.2c) to convert babel/user.dvi to PDF I got:

** WARNING ** File name="glyphlist.txt" format="map" might be found
in different location than I expected:
** WARNING ** >>   /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf/dvipdfm/glyphlist.txt
** WARNING ** >> Please adjust your TEXMF as conformant with:
** WARNING ** >>   http://www.tug.org/ftp/tex/tds-1.1/tds.html#Fonts
** WARNING ** >> I searched it with fooling kpathsea as
progname="dvipdfm" format="other text files".
** WARNING ** >> Default search path for this format file is:
** WARNING ** >>   .:/usr/local/Build/powerpc/TeXLive.tl2005/share/
texmf/fonts/map//
** WARNING ** >> Please read "README" file.

Dvipdfmx and dvipdfm make no mistakes in converting DVI to PDF.

TeTeX is from the middle of August 2006, no updates since then.
