Hi,

I too didn't see too many signs of change when I upgraded my i- 
Installer. But you will see the current version number in the i- 
Installer Startup dialog, assuring you that all is well. I don't know  
how to bring it up other than by quitting and restarting. I guess one  
has to quit and restart to make the version change take effect,  
anyway. Then you can install whatever other i-Packages you want to.
