[OS X TeX] OT: Backup software

I'm not sure if it's for you, but my father uses Carbon Copy Cloner  
to back up, and make bootable disk images. However, he's very happy  
with it and is notoriously un-tech (as well as un-TeX), so perhaps  
it's not what you're looking for.
