[OS X TeX] makeindex with multiple indexes

I have created an Applescript multiple_indexes. It is formulated as a  
subroutine and needs a new shell script. Both are part of the updated  
Flashmode-downloadable.

(* The indexes are assumed to be named as filename-i.idx for 0²i²k,  
where the source is filename.tex. The index with i=0 is supposed to  
be a list of symbols which uses a special style file; that index need  
not be present.
