If you do not own the original and commercial MathTimes fonts you
have to use Richard Kinch's belleek fonts:
blex.pfb
blsy.pfb
rblmi.pfb
with
mt-belleek.map
to make them known in the output stage.

Did you check that? Did you check what this rumour actually means?
I.e. has it to do with some commercial fonts or with Richard Kinch's
donation of belleek to the TeX community?
Have you learned to use kpsewhich to check for the existence of four
files?

There *is* a simple way to include another (set of) font(s) to
TeX ... always.
