[OS X TeX] Arial fonts

My university requires Arial fonts in the official letterhead. I have the 
i-package latex installation on my mac ppc 10.4.8.  Last update 
was September 23.  I do not have the Tex Live package, just tetex.

Do I have Arial fonts?  If so, how do I include them?  If not, how do I get 
them?
