[OS X TeX] MacTeX inputs

Thanks, Claus,
So long as the release of Textures 2.2 is promised, it doesn't seem
practical to invest too much in other packages. Still, the outlook for
Bluesky remains cloudy. I may later go the LaTeX/TexShop route, but for
awhile I'll remain sitting on the decision.
