Louis is using the plain TeX wrapper for the LaTeX graphics package,
located (depending on your setup) at either of:
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/tex/plain/graphics/
/usr/local/TeXLive/texmf.texlive/tex/plain/plgraph/
