You could try to use the free (or not so free) fonts from http:// 
scholarsfonts.net/ or http://www.mufi.info/. The latter points to  
http://www.alanwood.net/unicode/fonts.html, which lists a lot. They  
should work at once in XeTeX ... for the 7 or 8 bit TeX a bit of  
fontinst would be needed.
