[OS X TeX] how to install Pdftex 1.30.6

I try this :

1) unzip pdftex-1.30.6.zip
2) cd pdftex-1.30.6
3) sh ./build.sh
4) which pdfetex

5) kpsewhich pdfetex.pool

6)  from build/texk/web2c/  pdfetex and pdfetex.pool

to /usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin7.9.0/

and /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf/web2c/



7) fmtutil-sys --all



is it correct ?
