No, not Microsoft. Type 1 versions of Arial MT and TimesNewRomanPSMT  
were bundled w/ later versions of the full version of Adobe Acrobat  
(maybe Reader too), or of course they're on Type 1 versions of the  
Adobe Font Folio CD-ROM.
