Do you have these in a folder which Adobe Acrobat is looking for  
fonts in? (Add Applications:Microsoft Office 2004:Office:Fonts to  
Acrobat's list)

If that's the case, it's bizarre that they're not pulled in --- do  
you have access to Arial MT and TimesNewRomanPSMT in Type 1 format?  
If so, try pointing Acrobat at them. Failing that, if you wish, stuff  
or zip them and send them to me off-list and I'll look into it.
