[OS X TeX] comment character in bib-files

rename the field to something that isn't used otherwise:

rename
	note = {some note that you might want to hide}
to
	xxxnote = {some note that you might want to hide}

Unrecognised fields are ignored and effectively act as comments (L.  
Lamport, 2nd edition, p 161).
