[OS X TeX] Spell Check in TeXShop?

This is a general problem with the OS X spell-checker which seems  
lazy; you get the same problem in other applications too (e.g.  
mail.app). Not only typos are not caught immediately, but often,  
corrected typos remain flagged as mistakes until the spell-checker  
decides to wake up.
