The most recent version (0.9, its documentation is inside the zipped  
folder) is to be found here: http://comp.uark.edu/~luecking/tex/ 
mfpic.html
It's the documentation I'm currently using.

You probably already have some documentation for mfpic 0.7 in /usr/ 
local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/doc/generic/mfpic (in case you're using  
Gerben Wierda implementation of TeX).
