[OS X TeX] Adobe Reader Reviewing

Hi

I am working with some guys who want to use Word because of it's
review capabilities.

However I have convinced them, since I am the writer, they can use the
interactive review functions built into Adobe Reader.  :)

Anyway, I know you can enable interactive reviewing by opening my
pdf's in Acrobat 7 Professional for my Mac and setting some options
but is there some way to enable this with pdfTeX or pdfLaTeX? I would
prefer pdfTeX, but would be perfectly happy with pdfLaTeX. Actually,
I'll be perfectly happy with the Acrobat 7. Anything, but Word, which,
again recently destroyed some documents.
