Probably the best thing to do would be to look at the definition of
\ContinuedFloat and extend it with the additional features you want.
Doing the continued page # will be a bit tricky, might need to add a
\ContinueFloat (no ``d'') command to put in the first one to store
the first page # so that it can be written out when you execute
\ContinuedFloat and have the second.
