[OS X TeX] FOILtex OR Seminar

I don't know either of them, but I can recommend the beamer class. It  
has a nice documentation, and I found it fairly easy to use, though I  
suppose i never used any advanced features.

There are several themes for it, and I particularly liked the little  
overview of where in the presentation you are, that's one thing i  
miss a little when I'm using Keynote.
