[OS X TeX] TeXShop: ISO Latin 9, German and Japanese Localizations

Folks,

I just updated TeXShop 2.08 on the web without changing the version  
number.
ISO Latin 9 encoding now works, and the German
and Japanese localizations contain translations of new Menu items.
