No; I was referring to the devolution of the discussion of TeX issues
into one of performance issues.
FWIW, I don't even play a lawyer on TV, but it could be that some of
the discussion about the Intel platforms provided to developers may
still fall under the NDA. Those agreements often include caveats
about discussing the NDA or the subject of the NDA. But this is a
discussion for another list (one that I am not subscribed to :-}).
