[OS X TeX] ImageMagick and i-Installer

Following are 2 messages sent by Gerben to the Ii2-announce list. I  
assume Gerben forgot to cc them to the OS X TeX list, since these  
were follow-ups of a message "ImageMagick 6.2.5-5" sent to both lists  
on 31 December.
