And if you start to use LaTeXiT + Keynote, then you will want to use the
LinkBack plugin for keynote as well:
   http://commons.ucalgary.ca/~king/projects/keynoteplugins/linkback/

It allows you to drop LaTeX equations and snippets into keynote, and
double-click them there to go back to LaTeXiT to change them, without
retyping them completely.

I love the combination.
