[OS X TeX] Uninstalling MacTeX

I had been hoping to hold out on installing TeX until the current
migration to TeXLive settles down. However, the arrival of a new MacBook
means I need a temporary working installation. I don't need this to do
anything fancy or be particularly up to date -- I just need it to work
for the next couple of months.

I suspect the contents of MacTeX.dmg suit this best, but before I
install it I would be grateful of some reassurance that it is easy to
uninstall, and ideally some instructions explaining how this is done
(command line is fine). I looked for these on
http://www.tug.org/mactex/, but I couldn't see them.

If it makes any difference, I also use Fink, but not for TeX, and I
would rather the installation and uninstallation of MacTeX not affect
that.

Thanks,
