[OS X TeX] i-Installer and directory roulette

The default location was changed from /usr/local/TeXLive to /usr/ 
local/gwTeX to make room for true TeX Live, which uses /usr/local/ 
texlive as a default install location. The migration itself you did  
not notice (smooth, eh?)

I should have improved the warnings, though. I forgot about front end  
settings.

My apologies, I am swamped with TeX work currently. In the near  
future, these fortend settings do not need to be changed.

BTW, I think the last version already supports /usr/texbin as a  
location for the TeX binaries. If you use this, you will not have  
this problem again.
