[OS X TeX] aid with urlbst on a custom-bib file

There you can read:

	You can also use the conventional ./configure; make; make install to  
configure and install the package, though you still have to install  
the .bst files by hand. This is rather heavyweight for the trivial  
amount of configuration required, so it's almost always simpler just  
to do things by hand.

So can judge that the following step is wrong.

> 3. Launch Terminal (from Applications/Utilities). Open a 'New  
> Shell' window from the File menu and at the prompt enter;

> sudo cp

Some part of the web page could be included in an INSTALL file. If  
there is none supplied. And maybe a note that the last step should be  
'sudo make install' at least on some platforms.
