[OS X TeX] Where is this package ?

On my TeX Collection 2005 DVD it's in ctan/macros/latex/contrib.

In MiKTeX it's in protext/MiKTeX/texmf/{tex,doc}/latex/slashbox or  
rotext/MiKTeX/texmf/rpm/packages.
