[OS X TeX] Getting students to use LaTeX (and apa.cls)

My daughter, as a high-school junior, learned how to use LaTeX on her  
own (she only asked for some help after she had started) because she  
hated using Word for calculus and chemistry assignments. LaTeX markup  
is not that surprising for kids who have played with HTML.
