[OS X TeX] Something like TeXShop for Windows?

Morning.

A friend of mine wants to use TeX, since he saw how I can work on my  
Mac with TeXShop and its engines and with BibDesk. What GUI frontend  
would you suggest to a Windows user.

And yes I 'll try to convert him to MacOS X. ;-)
