Please also send a sample .bib file or just the BibTeX entry for
Lavergne2005Capacity-Develo

send the jurabib settings you are using as well!

Matthias, thanks. Here is the entry in the .bib file:

@misc{Lavergne2005Capacity-Develo,
	Author = {Lavergne, R{\'e}al},
	Date-Added = {2006-03-14 19:13:20 +0100},
	Date-Modified = {2006-04-02 20:39:34 +0200},
	Local-Url = {file://localhost/Users/winfried/Documents/Bibliography/
CapacityDevelopment/Lavergne%20Capacity%20Development%20Under%
20Program-based%20Approaches%20Results%20from%20the%20LENPA%20Forum%
20of%20April%202005.doc},
	Month = {July},
	Organization = {LENPA Forum},
	Title = {Capacity Development Under Program-based Approaches:
Results from the LENPA Forum of April 2005},
	Url = {http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en-
us&q=Capacity+Development+Under+Program-based+Approaches:+Results+from
+the+LENPA+Forum+of+April+2005&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8},
	Year = {2005}}

As for the jurabib.cfg file, I only found out where it was when
trying Martin Costabel's and Gerrit Glabbert's proposals which both
resulted in this Error Message:

Package jurabib Info: *** Local config file `jurabib.cfg' used ***
(/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/tex/latex/jurabib/jurabib.cfg))
! LaTeX Error: Option clash for package jurabib.

Without those proposed statements the programme runs fine, but, of
course, with the output features I want to change.
Regards
Winfried

So here is the contents of the jurabib.cfg file from usr/local/teTeX/
share/texmf.tetex/tex/latex/jurabib:
