[OS X TeX] Updated *EXPERIMENTAL* TeX i-Packages

The TeX i-Packages have been updated. Two fixes:
- TeX now updates the texhash database (if needed) on a fresh install 
after creating the maps.
- CB Greek has been improved with the latest from CTAN

TeX is now based on TL 2004 as of Sep 29, 20:00 CET DST

To do:
- Remove on the TeX i-Packages should handle system-wide versus 
personal configurations. Only CB Greek does this now but not as 
effortless for the user as I would like. All in all, the personal 
configuration option is something that one shoul donly use if it is 
really needed (e.g. multiple users who require conflicting setups like 
two different norsk hyphenation patterns).

The final release will probably follow Friday or Saturday.
