[OS X TeX] Problem getting XeLaTeX

I am trying to help a friend who needs to install XeLaTeX.
The download links from the web site produce unusable files (less 
than 3K when it should be about 8M) and the i-installer package does 
not appear as an option, as it used to.

Has Xe(La)TeX disappeared? I have never used it, but I do remember it 
was available as an i-Package.
