[OS X TeX] Italicized/slanted CAPS

If you click on each directory, you can see the (rough) size of each
file within. For afm and pfb, they are too many files under these two
directories. Not sure if you can download those you need. I have no
knowledge on fonts. Others can answer better than I can.
