[OS X TeX] 2 TeX i-Package fixes

Two fixes:

1. Latin Modern could not be enabled by the configure phase as the map 
files had undergone a name change I had not noticed.
2. Setting the TeX owner was broken

Both issues have been fixed. Please use the new release. Without any 
problem reports it will become the default package soon.

I especially would like to see a Mac OS X 10.2 report.

I am currently off list on the TeX for Mac OS X mailing list so reports 
need to go to me directly.
