[OS X TeX] TeX Live 2004 and map files

What did you search for? Searching for
   map files texlive
on Google yields <http://www.tug.org/texlive/mapenc.html> as the first  
link. There's lots of information and links there so I shall refrain from  
giving my interpretation of it.
