[OS X TeX] gap in the e-mails or bug in mail.app?

Sorry for that blunder of a few minutes ago
(I confused the "new mail" button with "reply").

I installed several times Tiger
but keep having all sorts of bugs with mail.app
(and TeXShop, by the way).
Some e-mails never arrive on mail.app
(I am sure, because I used to check systematically
my e-mail once in a while on Microsoft Entourage (2001),
but recently that went out of order for some unknown reason).

In particular, I have a gap in the e-mails from this Mailing list
between Oct. 26 "12:46 PM" (?!) (Paris time) and Oct 28 1:16 AM.

There seems to be no mention in any of today's e-mails of an  
interruption of the server.

Or was there one that was announced previously?
