[OS X TeX] jagged fonts again

Here you see that PK files were taken. The reason is probably that 
bsr.map is not yet included. That's Thomas Esser's MAP file which maps 
the old Computer Modern fonts to their PFB files. Just run:

	sudo updmap-sys --nohash --enable MixedMap bsr.map

(For Euler and other fonts you can run

	sudo updmap-sys --nohash --enable MixedMap bsr-interpolated.map

too.)


In the OS X TeX list you can only copy&paste texts. No attachments work 
here (except for maybe PGP signatures in MIME format).
