[OS X TeX] TeXShop doesn't open dvi-files

Howdy,

I'm not having any trouble using TeXShop (with the simpdftex changes)  
to create pdf when the dvi starts in its read-only location. I think  
all the work is done by TeXShop; making a copy of the dvi file in a  
tmp directory, etc.

Howdy,

There are still lots of altpdf(la)tex references throughout the  
simpdftex script as well as the --help description. Only ``strange''  
folks, like me :-), even look there!
