[OS X TeX] DVI problem with latest TeXShop and i-Installer files

Hi

I had that problem too. It dissapeares if you leave out the --keep- 
psfile (which is probably obvious to anyone else but me). Can't you  
'just' (as a quick'n'dirty fix)
generate the ps-file by hand:
dvips -o mypsfile.ps mydvifile.dvi
