'Til Jaguar there where both /etc/profile and /etc/csh.login, plus
extra files in /usr/share/init/tcsh. The latter ones are gone since
Panther. (I have elder backups.) Both files in /etc were needed because
Mac OS X had (Bourne) sh. *And* an elder bash. And zsh ...
