[OS X TeX] Open Testing of MacTeX Distribution

Maarten,

Thanks very much for the extensive tests. I made another installer  
package
late last night with

     1) Gerben's latest packages

     2) TeXShop, both 1.41 and 2.04 (not yet released otherwise) which
     fix the simpdf stuff.

I'll tell the MacTeX folks about this and they should announce a  
later version
for testing today.

In the meantime, I'll go through your notes later today and try to fix
things. I'll report back ...
