[OS X TeX] TeX-fat updated

The TeX fat volume has been updated. It contains a full Ghostscript 8 
i-Package and a stripped TeX i-Package (only a "Basic" install of the 
2005 release (powerpc and intel) is available on the volume). It comes 
with i-Installer 2.75 (powerpc and intel). Its size remains at 70MB.

A basic install is
- TeX binaries and scripts for powerpc and intel
- teTeX 3 texmf tree, including Latin Modern fonts
- gwTeX additions to the texmf tree
- TeX4ht

It can be downloaded from
