You should disable lucidabr.map and/or lucidabr-k.map, and enable 
lucidabr-o.map (and lumath-o.map too if you have the LucidaNewMath 
fonts too).

updmap creates automatically all MAP files for dvips, dvipdfm, and 
pdftex.
