[OS X TeX] Setting up PDFtricks on MacOS10.4

I did.

I don't. There is no pdftricks directory, nor is there a  
pdftricks.sty file.

Again, this is no big deal for me since I downloaded pdftricks.sty  
myself, but it does make me wonder what happened when running i- 
installer.
