This is the decisive line. You have a pdftex.map in your HOMTEXMF. If
you need that map, you have to update it by running
updmap --enable Map gwtsmacfonts.map
If you don't need it, remove it, that should make things work. I
recommend not keeping it but having just the system-wide map in /usr/
local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/fonts/map/pdftex/updmap/
this makes maintenance easier. There's a clever tool that can help
you analyze such problems. Run
kpsewhere pdftex.map
It'll show you all occurrences of pdftex.map (or any other file, of
course); the first one in the list is the one that TeX will use.
