I just dropped the file

into the directory

but when I try to run LaTeX on my document I get

> This is pdfeTeX, Version 3.141592-1.30.4-2.2 (Web2C 7.5.5)
> \write18 enabled.
> entering extended mode
> (./Paper.tex
> LaTeX2e <2003/12/01>
> Babel <v3.8d> and hyphenation patterns for american, british,
> french, german, n
> german, nohyphenation, loaded.
> ! LaTeX Error: File `sig-alternate.cls' not found.
> Type X to quit or <RETURN> to proceed,
> or enter new name. (Default extension: cls)
> Enter file name:

Any ideas what's going wrong? Everything seems OK, and I am fairly
sure this has worked in the past for other files...

Best wishes
