This morning I thought of removing ConTeXt -- but it's part of the TeX
i-Package! So your solution is probably the one:

	sudo mv
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/tex/context/base/supp-pdf.tex
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/tex/context/base/supp-pdf.tex_orig
	sudo echo "\relax" >
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/tex/context/base/supp-pdf.tex

and in case the ConTeXt updater i-Package is installed too, one needs
an extra:

	sudo mv
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/tex/context/base/supp-pdf.tex
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/tex/context/base/supp-pdf.tex_orig
	sudo echo "\relax" >
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/tex/context/base/supp-pdf.tex

And no texhash needed ...
