Probably you need a MAP file too. OTOH the CMPS fonts are not complete. 
If they were there wouldn't be the other PS fonts bundles.

My interlude with OzTeX was only short, driven by the existence of a 
German localized version (from DANTE) and that Tom Kiffe sold me his 
pdfTeX for OzTeX at a lower price since I had his complete CMacTeX 
already in use. So I merely guess than I can exactly report ...

Did you get the missing PK fonts?
